Refund policy
RETURNS
Effective 9/28/25 Due to the nature of our custom, hand-made and made-to-order merchandise, we do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items.
All items are inspected before it is packaged, however, if you receive an item that is defective, please contact us via email (SALES@BERLOLINE.COM) within 5 days of delivery with your order #, description of the product, and image of the defective area. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return inspection. In order for your defective item to be eligible for return, the item MUST BE UNUSED, in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging. If the item can't be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days from approval of refund.
